Healthy Chicken Burger

 

Healthy Chicken Burgers: these burgers are really juicy. I love red onions, so I put a lot in and it is delicious. Also I substituted cilantro instead for parsley. Making these are very easy and would be easy to freeze for later if needed.  Healthy burger for kids also.  I don’t eat the bun, I just eat the burger with all the toppings!

Healthy Chicken Burger

  • 1 lb . ground chicken meat (( I like the all white meat ))
  • 1 medium red onion (, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (, minced (or whatever fresh herbs you like))
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • cheese ((optional))
  1. Mix all together and slap them on the grill or in the frying pan!
