It tastes just like Olive Garden! Ive made this too many times to count. DELICIOUS!!!
Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce-Copycat
- 1 package pasta
- 1 cube butter
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- salt to taste
- Make pasta to your liking
- In saucepan on medium heat melt butter and add garlic
- cook for 2 minutes
- add in heavy cream and cream cheese
- stir and heat to bubbling – do not boil
- stir in Parmesan Cheese until melted
- add salt and pepper- to your liking
- serve over your favorite pasta
