1. Because why does love need its own Holiday?

I’m not saying that giving her a surprise from time to time isn’t a nice way to remind her that she means a lot to me, but nonetheless all of the companies that stake their fortunes on the holiday want us to believe that material things are necessary to obtain love.

It’s actually not true, by the way. Studies find that spending time together is considered far more important.

A frozen treat that’s easy to make and low in fat and calories. Serve as cool snack, with cereal or fresh fruit, or blend with fruit for a smoothie.
Raspberry-Lemon Flavored Frozen Yogurt Dots

Prep time: 15 mins

Total time: 15 mins

Serves: 4
Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

2 teaspoon McCormick® Raspberry Extract

1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract

1 drop McCormick® Red Food Color
Instructions

Mix yogurt and confectioners’ sugar in small bowl.

Stir in raspberry flavor, lemon extract and food color until well blended.

Spoon into medium piping bag or resealable plastic bag with small piece cut off from one of the bottom corners.

Pipe penny-size dots onto metal baking pan.

Freeze 1 hour or until frozen.

For easier storage, lift frozen dots from pan and place in resealable plastic container.

Store in freezer.

Serve yogurt dots over fresh berries, if desired.

- 1 box instant vanilla pudding (4.2 oz.)
- Milk
- Cake Vodka

- Shot Glasses (plastic or glass)

These Happy Birthday Cake Princess Pudding Shots are super simple and will really impress your friends.

Ingredients
1. Small Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
2. ¾ cup milk
3. 2/3 cup Cake Vodka
4. Reddi Whip
5. Sprinkles
6. 2 oz plastic cups with lids
Instructions
1. Whisk pudding and milk together in a bowl until smooth.
2. Mix in cake vodka.
3. Spoon in pudding cups ( I use small cookie scoop)
4. Top each with Reddi Whip and Sprinkles
5. Store in freezer
What size cups do you use for Pudding Shots

The norm pudding shot cups are 2 oz plastic containers with lids.

But now people are getting creative with all different sizes, shapes, and some are plastic and some are glass.

These tasty Birthday Pudding Shots are great for pleasing any sweet tooth. However, don’t be alarmed, they don’t taste like pudding.

Recipe Notes
- Lay out the shot cups first (each recipe makes between 12 – 18 pudding shots)
- Place in the freezer overnight. They won’t freeze because of the alcohol, but they come out tasting like a Frosty.
- Pull the shots out of freezer about 15 minutes before you want to serve them for the best consistency
- Consider serving them with a plastic spoon for even easier consumption and no silverware to wash.

Transform JELL-O® Gelatin and Instand Pudding into Creamy JELL-O® EGG JIGGLERS this Spring! These adorable JELL-O® EGG JIGGLERS are ideal Easter treats.

2-1/2 cups boiling water ((Do not add cold water.))

2 pkg. ((8-serving size each) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor)

1 cup cold milk

1 pkg. ((4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla or Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding)
1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 3 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 30 min. at room temperature.

2. our milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 min. Add to gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into measuring cup with pour spout. Immediately pour into mold through fill-holes until each egg is filled just to top of the egg shape. (Any remaining gelatin mixture can be poured into a 8- or 9-inch square pan).

3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Open mold using a dull flat knife to gently pry between the halves of each egg. (Do not pull on the handle.) Turn mold over and shake gently to unmold eggs.

4. Dip bottom of square pan into warm water 15 sec. Cut gelatin into decorative shapes with cookie cutters, being careful to cut all the way through gelatin to bottom of pan. Lift gelatin shapes from pan. Reserve scraps for snacking. Store leftover eggs, gelatin cutouts and scraps in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

Best Pot o’ Gold Jello Shots
At most bars and parties, St. Patrick’s Day means green beer. While chugging hops a little green food coloring is fine and all, but 2017 is the year to break the tradition.

That leprechaun can keep his Lucky Charms — this is the really good stuff. Want a nonalcoholic version? Swap out the whiskey for another 1/2 c of cold water.

Best Pot o' Gold Jello Shots
1 package lemon or pineapple jell-o

1 c . boiling water

1/2 c . cold water

1/2 c . cold Jameson whiskey

1 container Cool Whip ((8 oz))

Gold sprinkles

16 rainbow candy belts (, each about 1” long)
Bring 1 c water to a boil.

Add Jell-o mix, stirring until dissolved.

Turn off heat.

Stir in remaining water and whiskey.

Pour into plastic shot glasses, filling each one 2/3 of the way up.

Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

Top with a dollop of Cool Whip or whipped cream.

Add gold sprinkles and top with a 1-inch-long rainbow candy belt, forming it into a semi-circle, like a rainbow. Serve.

Quench the thirst of your little leprechauns with green-tinted raspberry lemonade.

For Strawberry Leprechaun Lemonade, use McCormick® Strawberry Flavor in place of the raspberry flavor. for a grown-up version, stir in 1/2 cup Limoncello
St Patrick's Day Leprechaun Raspberry Lemonade
4 cups prepared lemonade

1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Raspberry Extract

15 drops McCormick® Green Food Color
Mix all ingredients in pitcher.

Serve over ice in beverage glasses.

Champagne Jello Shots for Your Perfect Party
Just like a regular Jello shot, but way classier.
Champagne Jello Shots for Your Perfect Party
1 1/2 c . champagne ((divided))

1 tbsp . lemon juice

1 tbsp . sugar

3 envelopes gelatin

1/4 c . vodka

rainbow sprinkles
Combine 1 1/4 cups champagne, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin on top. Let gelatin soften for about two minutes to bloom, then heat mixture over low heat. Stir until gelatin has completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes, and remove from heat. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup each of champagne and vodka.

Grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture into mold and chill for 2 hours, or until firm.

Invert jello to parchment paper-lined cutting board and slice into squares. Dip each square in sprinkles and serve cold.
