Cinnamon Apple Crumb Cake
For cinnamon streusel crumb:
- 1½ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon

- ½ cup butter -melted
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large ((or 2 small) tart apples-peeled and chopped)
For the cake:
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
For apple cider glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ -2 Tablespoons apple cider
