Buffalo Chickpea Salad

Grapeseed Oil has many Benefits.  In foods, grapeseed oil has numerous uses. It has a very high smoking point, so many people use grapeseed oil to fry foods.

It can also be included in dressings and sauces, and since it emulsifies very well, it does not generally separate when used to make things like mayonnaise.

The flavor is also unobtrusive, allowing diners to focus on the main component of the dish. Culinary grapeseed oil can also be flavored

Buffalo Chickpea Salad

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 4 tablespoons Wildtree Wing Sauce (, divided)
  • 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 6 cups lettuce (, chopped)
  • 4 small tomatoes (, diced)
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado (, diced)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese (, crumbled)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss chickpeas with 2 tablespoons Wildtree Wing Sauce.
  3. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, stir once half way through cooking.
  5. Meanwhile whisk together remaining 2 tablespoons Wing Sauce, Grapeseed Oil, and honey in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Add the lettuce and toss to coat. Divide among 4 bowls.
  7. Top each with tomato, cucumber, avocado, and baked chickpeas.
  8. Garnish with blue cheese.

with the addition of things like peppers, truffle shavings, and herbs.
