Start by flipping your bottom saucer upside-down. Use hot glue {and a lot of it!} to stack the skulls together and attach them to the bottom saucer. Then glue the other saucer on top, making sure it is level.
Hit the whole shebang with some flat black spray paint, and there you have it!
