Discussion on Movement for Quota reform: Asif Nazrul, Professor of Law, University of Dhaka and Dr. Saadat Husain, Economist and Researcher; Chairman, Bangladesh NGO Foundation.
This discussion was on-air on TritiyoMatra at Bangladeshi TV “Chennel-I”.
We have found some better points about the quota system on this discussion.
You can refresh your bath towels with just 2 ingredients. This process will strip the residue that has built up and cause them to be fresh and practically new again. You will notice they absorb better as well.
I am so glad that I found this house hold tip on pinterest. After a while, towels start to have a build up of softeners & laundry soap. This causes them to no longer absorb like they did when you first purchased them. You may even start noticing an odor that is not so pleasant after a while, too.
How can you refresh them once this happens? Simple solution to follow….
Run them through a wash cycle with only hot water & 1 cup of white vinegar. Do not add soaps!
Then run them through again. This time using hot water and 1/2 cup baking soda. Again, do not use soaps!
This is the first post on DevOps tools that I will be talking about. I will be explaining how to use automation tools to deploy scaling, contain applications, build alternatives, and perform data analytics of logs and develop enterprise cost-effective automation tools.
Let’s begin with DOCKER.
If you are using CentOS, follow the instructions below:
[root@tito ~]# cd /etc/yum.repos.d
[root@tito yum.repos.d]# vi docker.repo
Add the below inside the newly created docker.repo.
Once updated, proceed to install the docker-engine.
[root@tito ~]# yum install -y docker-engine
Proceed with enabling systemctl, which will create a link to start up Docker, to start up Docker upon reboot.
[root@tbola451 yum.repos.d]# systemctl enable docker
Created symlink from /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/docker.service to /usr/lib/systemd/system/docker.service
Now, let’s proceed to run Docker as a daemon service.
[root@tito ~]# systemctl start docker
YAY BINGO!!! Your Docker is running.
Verify by checking your Docker version.
[root@tbola451 ~]# docker --version
Docker version 17.05.0-ce, build 89658be
Your Docker is up and running. You can view your Docker images, which are empty for now because your Docker is newly installed.
Below is what mine looks like, I don’t have any images yet 😦
[root@tbola451 ~]# docker images
REPOSITORY TAG IMAGE ID CREATED SIZE
Hmmm, notice how I am using root user? That’s not cool in terms of security. Therefore, I will back out/exit root and become a regular user (the user assigned for Docker).
[root@tbola451 ~]# exit
logout
[user@tbola451 ~]$ docker images
Got permission denied while trying to connect to the Docker daemon socket at unix:///var/run/docker.sock: Get http://%2Fvar%2Frun%2Fdocker.sock/v1.29/images/json: dial unix /var/run/docker.sock: connect: permission denied
Oops, now you can see that you can’t connect to the Docker daemon when you tried to run the commanddocker images.
What you need to do is become the root user again.
Yeah, I know that I said to exit root before, but believe me, you really need to become root this time because we will be doing some file ownership modification. Sounds cool, right? 👍
[user@tbola451 ~]$ su -
Password:
[root@tbola451 ~]# cd /var/run/
[root@tbola451 run]# ls -la dock*
[root@tbola451 run]# ls -la dock*

We need to be able to connect to this sock file.srw-rw----. 1 root docker 0 Aug 30 01:50 docker.sock But, it seems like it’s owned by the root and docker group, so only root can use/connect to it (root created it, so selfish of root).
Let’s add a user to the Docker group, my username is.user
New ‘Roboestaurant’ to be equipped with touchscreens by Shake Shack to replace counter staff
The popular burger chain Shake Shack will have something new to show soon. it will launch a new outlet soon in the East Village in Astor Place where the robots will replace humans and handle all the orders and cash. The ordering and delivery process will take place through an app. The customers will place an order through the touchscreen kiosks or the app inside the restaurant.
The restaurant’s app could also be used to pay through the tablets and Smartphones. The CEO Garutti stated that the Astor Place shack will be a testing ground where the company would be able to assess the changing needs of the customers. He looks forward to make dining an exciting experience through innovation to provide the best services for their guests.
Another interesting aspect that will be seen is that buzzers at the outlet will be replaced by text messages. This will help to alert diners about the food when it gets ready. The new notification model will provide ample time to the customers to roam freely outside the restaurant while they would be waiting for the shakes, fries and the burgers.
The restaurant staff will be paid a minimum of 15 dollars per hour to draw the best workers in the city. The chain also intends to provide innovative packaging and high-speed delivery in the future too. An optimized kitchen in the new outlet will increase the capacity to take many mobile orders. The design of the new Shake Shack outlet will feature the dining rooms and waiting areas similar to the existing branches in New York.
Is your kids trampoline safe, and the uncovered springs are an accident just waiting to happen, why not fix both problems at once with some cheap pool noodles. Simply cut sections a little longer than the springs, then push the them through the holes in the centers so they make a nice snug fit.
Hook the ends of the springs back onto the tramp, and repeat the process with the others. If you alternate the colors, you’ll end up with a custom pattern that will give a new life to your old tramp.
Stainless steel appliances look great in the kitchen, but they’re prone to showing hard water marks and fingerprints.
For regular, daily cleaning, simply use water and soap (or dish detergent) along with a microfiber cloth. Be sure to dry the area — with a second cloth — after wiping to avoid water spots and the minor corrosive effects of the minerals in the water.
Between the soap-and-water combo and the vinegar-and-oil wipes, you don’t really need much more than that.
How To Clean Stainless Steel Appliances
Ingredients
Vinegar (in a spray bottle)
Microfiber cloth
Mineral oil (or other oil of your choice ( I use olive oil )
Instructions
Spray your appliance with vinegar.
Wipe it down, make sure to go with the grain.
Put your oil a little bit at a time and use microfiber cloth and wipe with the grain

The frame I used was 49 x 59 cm (19 x 23 inches). Please use any size frame that you love.
This potato peeling trick is without a doubt the simplest way to peel boiled potatoes — and all you need is a pot and some water!
If you use a knife to peel your potatoes, it can be dangerous, time consuming and you end up wasting a ton of potato in addition to the skin.
How To Peel The Skin Off A Potato In Seconds
Ingredients
Potatoes
Boiling Water
Bowl of Water with Ice Cubes
Instructions
Boil a pot of water.
Once the water is boiling, place your potatoes into the water and let it boil for approx. 15 minutes. Using tongs or spoon, put potatoes into ice water and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Then take the potatoes out of the ice water and slide your thumb across the skin’s surface — the skin will just peel right off! Using your fingers, peel off the rest of the potato skin.
These BBQ Grilled Baby Back Ribs are my daughters favorite meal on her Traeger. Invite your family and friends over to relax, chill by the pool, and drink some brewskis. While these ribs are smokin’ low and slow.
BBQ Grilled Baby Back Ribs Traeger Style
Prep time:
Cook time:
Total time:
Serves: 6 – 8
Ingredients
2 RACKS BABY BACK PORK RIBS
1/3 CUP YELLOW MUSTARD
1/2 CUP, DIVIDED APPLE JUICE
1 TBSP WORCESTSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 CUP DARK BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP TRAEGER BBQ SAUCE
1/3 CUP HONEY, WARMED
TRAEGER PORK RUB
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the mustard, 1/4 cup of apple juice (reserve the rest), and the Worcestershire sauce.
Spread thinly on both sides of the ribs; season with Traeger Pork Rub
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Smoke the ribs, meat-side up, for 3 hours. Transfer the ribs to a rimmed baking sheet but leave the grill on.
Set the temperature to 225 F.
Tear off four long sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Top with a rack of ribs; pull up the sides to keep the liquid enclosed.
Sprinkle half the brown sugar on the rack, then top with half the honey and half of the remaining apple juice. (Use a bit more apple juice if you want more tender ribs).
Lay another piece of foil on top and tightly crimp the edges so there is no leakage.
Repeat with the remaining rack of ribs.
Return the foiled ribs to the grill and cook for an additional two hours.
Carefully remove the foil from the ribs – watch out for hot steam – and brush the ribs on both sides with Traeger BBQ Sauce.
Discard the foil. Arrange the ribs directly on the grill grate and continue to grill until the sauce “tightens”, 30 minutes to 1 hour more
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
It’s that time of year and I am so fed up with these irritating flies all over my house, its time to get rid of them. They not only irritate me when they are buzzing around and land on me, but also because they are the carriers of disease causing bacteria. Did you know that a single house fly can carry about a million bacteria on their tiny body hair called tarsi!
They get these bacteria from all the contaminated places where they go and sit such as fecal matter, garbage disposal sites, rotten foods etc. They won’t and don’t need to bite you to transmit these bacteria to your body. They will just sit on the open foods that lie on your kitchen counter or on the dining table and leave the bacteria in these foods.
When you eat these food, your body gets all the nasty bacteria to make you ill with such diseases as dysentery, typhoid, diarrhea, and cholera. Here is just one natural way to keep flies out of your house.
Use Cloves and Lemon to Repel Flies
Cloves smell good to us but are not liked by flies. They cannot stand the scent of this spice that is used for cooking purposes. Cloves are effective in repelling house flies. In this remedy for flies cloves are used with lemon, yet another smell that flies do not like.
How To Get Rid Of Flies In Your House Naturally
