Fresh Fruit Popsicles
Just because summer is over and kids are back at school, these Fresh Fruit Popsicle’s are still a good healthy after school snack.
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 2 Kiwis
- 2 Peaches
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 2 cups juice of your choice
- Combine fruit in a mixing bowl, and arrange the mixture into 8 3-ounce popsicle molds.
- Pour enough juice into each mold to just cover fruit.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid
