Copy Cat Panera Bread Potato Soup

I hope you get a chance to make this delicious soup on a cold night, it will warm your belly!

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper ((I leave this out, but great if you like more spicy!))
