Detox Vegetable and Chicken Soup

Need to detox from a day of sweets or a night of drinking? Try getting that fresh start from this nutrient packed Detox Vegetable Soup recipe. With eight different types of vegetables, you are sure to get the detox you’re craving.  I like mine really spicy. I add turmeric, diced tomatoes with green chilies tomato sauce of course all organic, and yumm yumm and good for you.

Detox Vegetable and Chicken Soup

  • 1 onion
  • 4-6 chicken breast
  • 2 jalapeno
  • 6 (1 Cup) Vegetables of your choice
  • 1 box organic chicken broth
  • 1 can organic tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
  • cilantro
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • chili powder ((optional) to your own tast)
  1. Cook onion in 2 T coconut oil
  2. Add cut up chicken
  3. Add garlic & Jalapeno
  4. Add 6 cups vegetables of your choice (6 different varieties)
  5. I change mine all the time with different vegetables, and add more spices.
