Ingredients
- 2Â tbsp unsalted butter
- 1Â large egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4Â cup granulated sugar
- 6Â tbsp self-rising flour
- tiny pinch of kosher salt

Instructions
| 1 | Put the butter in a cup of sufficient size, and then melt it in the microwave for twenty to thirty seconds. |
| 2 | After adding the egg, mix it up well with a fork. |
| 3 | Mix in the sugar, milk, and vanilla extract by stirring. |
| 4 | Mix in the salt and the flour. Using a fork, thoroughly combine the ingredients in the batter. |
| 5 | The batter should be split between the two cups. Microwave each component for one minute and fifty seconds until they have risen. |
| 6 | Be careful not to overcook the cake, since else it will become brittle very quickly. |
