Cheesy Mexican Lasagna Casserole
Layers of lusciousness baked to ooey-gooey perfection means just one thing to us: lasagna recipes. There are so many kinds of lasagna out there: Mexican Lasagna, vegetarian lasagna, baked lasagna and chicken lasagna to name a few.
Cheesy Mexican Lasagna Casserole
- 1 lb . lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1 pkg. ((1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix)
- 6 flour tortillas ((6 inch))
- 1 can ((15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Taco Cheese
- 1 tomato (, seeded, chopped)
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Tomatoes On the Vine

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped avocados
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Stir in salsa and seasoning mix; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Spread 1/2 cup meat mixture onto bottom of 8-square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with 2 tortillas. Cover with layers of 1/2 cup meat mixture, half the beans, 1/2 cup cheese and 2 of the remaining tortillas; repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture and cheese; cover.
- Bake 30 min.; uncover. Let stand 5 min. Top with remaining ingredients.
