7 up Salad is made with lemon jello, 7 up, crushed pineapple, bananas and of course mini marshmallow’s. 7 up salad totally amazing, its the layer of pineapple pudding mousse that goes on top
7 UP Fruit Salad
- 2 pkgs lemon jello ((dissolved in 2 cup hot water))
- 2 Cup 7-Up
- 1 (No.2) can pineapple, drained
- 1 Cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 Lg Bananas
Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg (, beaten)
- 2 T butter or margarine
- 1 cup cream (, whipped, or 1 pkg Dream Whip)
- When Jello is partially set, add rest of ingredients and pour into 9 x12 inch pan
- Combine sugar and flour, stir in juice and egg. Cook, stirring constantly.
- Add butter and cool.
- Fold in whip cream and spread over Jello
- Enjoy!!!!
