What Stuart are saying about this?
Brown Sugar Chocolate cookies are my favorite sweet thing out there. I have one or two cookies after dinner is the best. I have such a sweet tooth.
When I make these, I like to keep half of the dough in a log in the freezer and the other half in the fridge.
I bake only three cookies at a time when I bake them. If I cook all the dough, I promise you I will eat like 6-8 cookies in one sitting. I have done it before.

Brown Sugar Chocolate Cookies Recipe
Chef Stuart uses a mix of brown sugar and white granulated sugar in his brown sugar chocolate cookies.
He prefers more brown sugar than white granulated sugar because it gives you a soft, chewy cookie.
Stuart said, The brown sugar helps the cookie to spread and provides the cookie with a lovely Carmella flavor. He also likes to use Vanilla paste when baking, and He loves Pure Vanilla Bean Paste from Nielsen Massey.
